Meet The Doctor
Melanie D. Robinson, DDS, MS, PA
Dr. Melanie Robinson was born in Springfield, MO. After growing up and attending college in Missouri, Dr. Robinson moved toTexas in 1996.Dr. Robinson received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she was salutatorian of her class. She continued her education at the Health Science Center in San Antonio for her graduate training in periodontics and implantology. Dr. Robinson is a board certified periodontist and is dedicated to providing superior periodontal and implant therapy in a compassionate, comfortable environment. Dr. Robinson is certified to use several types of sedation, including IV sedation, to alleviate anxiety in patients concerned about their surgical therapy.
Dr. Robinson was selected as a “Super Dentist” by her peers according to Texas Monthly Best Dentists in Texas from 2009through 2013. Dr. Robinson has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals reporting her research in implant therapy. She maintains active membership in the following organizations:

Dr. Robinson is a long time resident of central Texas and is happy to call Austin home. She enjoys UT basketball, fitness activities, water skiing, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
